Principal Responsibilities

  • 3–5 years of experience in the cardiac and vascular industry, with endovascular case support required
  • Experience in cardiac surgery product sales preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences) or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Clinical confidence and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of self-discipline, responsibility, and organizational strength
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and manage emergency patient needs
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Achieve revenue and market share targets for the Cardiac Surgery (e.g., Evita Open Neo, AMDS) and Endovascular portfolio
  • Provide exceptional clinical and technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Deliver effective training for distributors and hospital staff
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and key decision makers in your territory
  • Plan and execute in-territory marketing activities, adapting to virtual formats when needed
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distributor teams to drive competitive differentiation
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs (clinical and economic) to deliver tailored value solutions
  • Continuously monitor and report on competitor activity and implement strategic countermeasures
