**POSITION SNAPSHOT**

Location: Sydney Central/Northern Suburbs

Permanent: Part-Time or Full-Time position.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a driven individual to join our team on a permanent basis, covering the Sydney and Greater Sydney area.

We are looking for someone who thrives on working autonomously to deliver results and will contribute to the continued development of our market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...**
Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to.
- Manage existing portfolio of accounts with focus on building long term relationships
- Identify areas which you can upsell or gain further ranging in store.
- Lead and mentor an existing team of merchandisers
- Work with market leading customers and brands
- Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
- Contribute effectively as a member of the NSW field team
- Merchandising and execution of Planograms and Promotions
- Ensure that you maintain a high level of energy and customer service to all our accounts.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
- Previous IGA background highly regarded
- Confident in leading others
- An ability to work autonomously and a high level of self-motivation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Full unrestricted Australian Drivers License
- Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, prior to appointment to this role._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Territory management: 1 year (preferred)
- FMCG: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW Driving License (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Sydney NSW 2000 (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
