An opportunity now exists for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team.

Reln Pty Ltd is an Australian owned manufacturing company that provides product to the Plumbing and Hardware industry.

Reporting to the Group Revenue Manager, this exciting role will involve a diverse number of responsibilities: -

  • Provide continued call cycle to a set territory. Manage day to day sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's.
  • Achieve business growth through utilising your knowledge and networks in the industry proactively creating new business to business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships within a prioritised large customer base.
  • Develop and implement business plans.
  • Maintain established key trade business relationships.
  • Provide training and education to nominated customer base.
  • Attend Sales meetings, conferences & trade shows as required.
  • Provide regular, meaningful and concise reports to the National Sales Manager
  • Participate in relevant product development project teams.
  • Gather market intelligence (product, price, promotion, discount etc.) by observation, discussion or research. Sources of intelligence will include customers, competitors, suppliers and anyone else affected by their range of products.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customers technical and product issues, including after-hours support when needed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Experienced Sales Area Manager (preferably with experience in Plumbing and Hardware). Ability to grow and maintain large successful territory.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Highly self-motivated, well organised, passionate, Innovative & reliable person with a strong work ethic
  • Manage multiple projects and resources.
  • Computer Literate. Ms Office.
