What You'll DoAs our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the engine room of our growth, working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute a world-class strategy.
- Manage & Optimise Performance Channels: Take full ownership of our paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. You'll build, manage, and relentlessly optimise campaigns to drive student enrolments at target CPA/CPL.
- Drive Our SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to dominate search rankings for key terms. You'll work on everything from technical SEO and keyword research to content planning and link building.
- Analyse & Report on Performance: Live in the data. You will track, analyse, and report on all digital marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and clear performance updates to the Head of Marketing and the wider leadership team.
- Run A/B Tests & Experiments: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by constantly testing ad copy, landing pages, creative, and channel mix to unlock new opportunities for growth.
- Build and Lead the Digital Marketing Team: Digital is the biggest part of our marketing, and you will be at the heart of it. You will lead and grow a team of digital marketers, starting with a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting directly into you, with the scope to expand the team as we scale.
- Collaborate on Go-To-Market Campaigns: Be the digital execution lead for new campus launches, annual program intakes, and new product offerings, ensuring a powerful and coordinated online launch.
- A Hands-On Performance Marketing Guru: You have 5+ years of deep, in-the-weeds experience managing large-scale B2C performance marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of hitting ambitious growth targets.
- An Emerging People Leader: While you love being a practitioner, you also have experience leading and mentoring junior marketers. You know how to get the best out of a team and enjoy helping others develop their skills.
- A Technical SEO & Content Strategist: You understand what it takes to win in organic search and can craft a strategy that delivers long-term results.
- A Data Storyteller: You are highly analytical and proficient with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualisation platforms. You can dig into the numbers to find the 'why' and present it clearly.
- An Automation Whiz: You have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp) and know how to build effective lead nurturing systems.
- A Proactive Problem-Solver: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to test and implement new ideas.
- A Strong Collaborator: You communicate effectively and enjoy working within a team to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life.
