About the role
As Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in connecting product innovation with customer needs. This is a hands-on position where you'll design go-to-market strategies, craft compelling product stories, and build campaigns that help customers understand, adopt, and love the platform.
Your focus will be on turning complex product features into clear, actionable messaging that drives both acquisition and engagement. Working closely with product, creative, and growth teams, you'll own positioning, campaign strategy, and customer communications that showcase the value of new features and offerings.

Key responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature rollouts
- Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and customer-friendly messaging
- Use customer insights and market analysis to inform product positioning and campaign ideas
- Develop marketing campaigns that tie product features to customer benefits, driving acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with performance and digital marketing teams to deliver campaigns that achieve growth targets
- Provide sales and support teams with product marketing materials that strengthen customer engagement
- Build consistent frameworks for messaging across CRM, web, and social channels
What we're looking for
- 6+ years' experience in product or marketing roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, or consumer tech
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up, or high-growth environment where agility and execution are key
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Demonstrated success leading go-to-market campaigns from concept through to delivery
- Confident working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and creative teams
- Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting
