This role is your perfect next step, one where your hands-on experience directly shapes the campaigns you build and manage. You will be instrumental in planning, launching, and refining powerful digital advertising campaigns, blending your practical skills with a stronger strategic voice.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive client success.
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs within the agreed-upon budget.
Reporting & Analysis
- Create regular performance reports for clients, tracking key metrics and providing clear, actionable insights for improvements.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to analyse and report on digital performance.
- Collaborate with the team to implement A/B testing and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
SEO & Website Management
- Assist with planning and implementing SEO strategies to maximise both organic and paid growth.
- Oversee small web projects, coordinating with developers and designers from content loading through to testing and launch.
- Update existing client websites with landing pages, content, blog posts, and database exports (predominantly WordPress).
Content & Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, design, and social teams to ensure all assets align with campaign goals and digital strategies.
- Assist in writing compelling ad copy and creating briefs for visuals and other campaign assets.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance-based campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and remarketing strategies.
- Familiarity with foundational SEO strategies and best practices.
