The Opportunity

SyncUp is proud to partner with a well-regarded residential builder known for delivering quality homes across WA. We're currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team and play a pivotal role in managing contract and project documentation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare, review, and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and smooth delivery
  • Manage variations, progress claims, and project financials
  • Support the project team in achieving key milestones on time and within budget
  • Ensure accurate records and reporting across all stages of construction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction (detached or medium-density)
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, compliance, and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office
