About Us

Your Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of contract administration to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
  • Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assisting in procurement processes and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Managing claims, progress payments, and financial reporting.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project execution.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in the following software, Procore, MS Project, Excell and similar tools].
  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
