About Us

We have continued to build strong relationships within the property development, design and building sectors; with customers, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. In many cases, these relationships have extended for over 10 years and are still going strong. Testament to the quality of our buildings we produce and the genuine respect we show to all our customers and service providers
Your Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of contract administration to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
- Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
- Assisting in procurement processes and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Managing claims, progress payments, and financial reporting.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the following software, Procore, MS Project, Excell and similar tools].
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
