About the Role

As a Contract Administrator (Prestart Consultant), you'll play a key role in guiding our clients through one of the most exciting stages of their home-building journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients throughout the selections and contracts process
  • Conducting prestart meetings at our Mount Pleasant office
  • Preparing addenda and contract documentation
  • Providing regular updates to clients via phone and email
  • Creating and managing variations and related documentation
  • Collaborating with our exceptional Managers, Sales Consultants, and wider team
