Bunbury Plastics has been established for 35 years and is the leading supplier of plastic materials, goods and services in the South West; dealing with major mining companies, engineering and commercial businesses.

We are currently taking applications for an Office Manager to run our small, dynamic office, where your professionalism, initiative and administrative skills will be welcomed.

Your full-time role, 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday) will include providing a full range of office management duties including, but not limited to:

  • MYOB
  • Payroll
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Debt collection
  • Bank reconciliation and banking
  • Invoicing daily
  • Despatching goods and courier consignments
  • Packing slips
  • Reception and general office duties
  • Customer enquiries as the first point of call
  • BAS, PAYG, Superannuation
  • Workers Compensation
  • Internet and Online Banking
