Based in West Ryde, we are growing our dynamic team and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us in a hybrid Real Estate Agent / Sales Assistant role.

The Opportunity

This is an ideal role for either a motivated Sales Assistant ready to grow into a Real Estate Agent role or an experienced Agent looking for a supportive environment with strong earning potential. You will play a key part in both client support and active sales, learning the business end-to-end while contributing directly to sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead agents with property campaigns and open homes
  • Conduct buyer callbacks, inspections, and client follow-ups
  • Manage listings: from scheduling photography to preparing floorplans and marketing
  • Handle diary and email management, CRM database updates, and admin support
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and trades
  • Build and manage relationships with clients to generate leads and listings
  • Negotiate and close property transactions (for licensed agents)

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience preferred
  • Fluent in English; fluency in an Asian language is highly valued
  • Polished presentation and excellent verbal/written communication
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's licence required
  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
