Job Title: Technical Graduate

We are seeking a multifaceted Technical Graduate to join our team. This role requires collaboration across various departments, including production, quality control, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile evidence for projects, including new product development and value-added solutions;
  • Develop technical documentation, including standards, updates to building regulations, new products, and emerging market trends;
  • Design and implement training programs and delivery methodologies;
  • Analyze quality-related issues to identify root causes and deliver corrective and preventive actions;
  • Generate innovative ideas through alternative working methods and/or manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
  • Logical research methodologies and data analysis techniques;
  • A positive understanding of environmental sustainability initiatives;
  • Engagement in quality assurance and quality control processes to drive improvements;
  • Prior involvement in evidence-based improvement initiatives.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good understanding of Microsoft packages;
  • A manufacturing/engineering or other technical/science-based degree;
  • A curious attitude with a positive approach to self-learning across technical industry sectors;
  • The willingness to participate in industry groups and forums and report observations and findings.
