About the Role

This position offers autonomy to develop and manage pipelines, convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, and oversee key accounts. You'll be empowered to take initiative, utilize provided tools and playbooks, and make a visible impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Promote the organization's value propositions and tailor solutions to meet clients' needs
  • Foster strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals and close deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting in CRM
  • Attend networking events and develop a marketing calendar in partnership with senior leadership
  • Manage an existing portfolio of key accounts
Requirements
  • Ambitious, results-driven professional with a talent for spotting opportunities and building lasting client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
  • Motivated by clear goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, curious, and proactive
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Business Development Manager or Sales Development Representative role
  • Deep understanding of lead generation strategies
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of SMB IT challenges
  • Experience in IT and/or selling complex solutions or services
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close mutually beneficial deals
  • Proven ability to work with marketing on joint strategies and campaigns
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and always looking to improve
  • Empathetic communicator with strong analytical thinking
