We are now seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our Head Office Distribution Centre on a permanent full-time basis. This role provides vital administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and compliant running of our Distribution Centre operations.

The Opportunity:

  • Coordinate daily administrative functions to support warehouse operations
  • Maintain and update operational, compliance, and training documentation
  • Process invoices, manifests, delivery dockets, and freight paperwork
  • Provide professional front-of-house support for visitors, customers, and suppliers
  • Assist with incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support warehouse management with KPI tracking, data entry, and reporting
  • Liaise with logistics teams regarding inbound containers and freight bookings
  • Assist with WHS and compliance documentation, including inductions and incident records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and compliance checks
  • Maintain ERP data accuracy for all product and freight movements

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, logistics, or operations support
  • Strong understanding of business administration and warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
  • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Positive, professional, and proactive work ethic
  • (Desirable) Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or trade supply environments
