Warehouse Administrator / Coordinator – Clayton

Synergie is seeking a Warehouse Administrator / Coordinator for a leading paint and sealant manufacturer located in Clayton.

Important parts

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (rarely any overtime)

  • Pay rate: $34 per hour ($35 with a valid forklift licence)

  • Location: Clayton, VIC

  • Start date: Immediate start – leave coverage until the new year with potential for ongoing or permanent employment

  • Perks: Subsidised canteen meals

What you will be required to do

Support warehouse operations through accurate coordination of goods and documentation.

  • Manage dispatch and receiving of goods using SAP

  • Maintain stock accuracy and update inventory records

  • Prepare documentation for deliveries and shipments

  • Liaise with production and transport teams to ensure smooth workflow

  • Operate a forklift occasionally (if licensed) and maintain a safe, organised warehouse area

To be successful in the role you will

  • Have previous experience in warehouse administration or coordination

  • Be proficient in SAP for inventory and dispatch operations

  • Hold a current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

  • Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills

  • Be able to clear a police check and medical assessments including drug & alcohol component.
