About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Warehouse Operator to join our high-performing Warehouse team in this hands-on role. You'll be responsible for the physical movement, storage, and digital/physical administration of incoming and outgoing IT hardware.

The Warehouse Operator work closely with other team members to ensure that all warehouse operations are completed in a timely & accurate manner.

What You'll Be Doing


• Receive and dispatch hardware efficiently and accurately


• Maintain a safe, OHS-compliant workspace


• Scan and track serial numbers for stock control


• Pick and pack orders for delivery and collection


• Manage stock returns, credits, and delivery dockets


• Answer shipping inquiries and follow up on PODs


• Keep stock locations and labels updated in Jim2

What You'll Bring


• 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse environment.


• Previous experience in RFID would be a bonus.


• Physically fit and ready to be on your feet all day


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Strong teamwork and time management skills


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Interest in IT and tech (desirable)
