The Opportunity

Fluiconnecto is growing fast – As we enter a new phase of growth within the business, we are now seeking a highly organised and motivated Data Administrator.

The perfect candidate will provide administrative support and premier customer service to the business, whilst ensuring the branch meets the operational requirements. For this role specialist focus is required on assigning client Work-orders and Purchase orders to accounts and processing in a timely manner.

This is a 12-month contract, Mon-Fri with working hours between 830am-530pm. Interviews are available ASAP.

What We're Looking For

  • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with.
  • Ensure Ryco assets are maintained according to schedule and stakeholder requirements, when used in daily work practices by yourself
  • Complete daily compliance checks via software system.
  • Conduct invoicing and balance sheet process as a key focus.
  • Assist warehouse staff when and where required, with operational tasks as requested.
  • General data entry for stock, invoicing, accounting and balancing of branch operations on a daily basis
  • Document recording, filing and archiving.
