Western Work Force are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team in a permanent full-time position in Bibra Lake.

This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on involvement in stores, warehousing, and the management of fleet and plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
  • Oversee stores and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
  • Assist with fleet and plant equipment coordination, including scheduling, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration, stores/warehousing, and fleet/plant equipment management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of $80,000 + superannuation.
  • Full-time role with consistent hours (Monday–Friday).
