With our dealership expanding, excellent opportunities exist for a Customer Service Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team at our Chinderah Dealership.

As we grow, we're looking for motivated individuals to support our operations and help maintain our high standards.

Full-Time Positions for General Hand

  • Immediate Start
  • Full-Time 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)
  • Hours 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Chinderah Location

What We Offer

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Dealership
  • Ensure the Service Department receives proper credit and monies due
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide coaching to other staff in dispute resolution with customers
  • Booking repairs/service appointments
  • Creating customer invoices
  • Provide the Workshop Manager with advice and assistance for customers and staff
  • Preparing service schedule
  • General Ad-Hoc tasks as required
  • Act on behalf of the Workshop Manager in their absence in the day-to-day organisation of the workshop

About You:

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
  • Current Driver's Licence (towing experience a plus)
  • Forklift Licence
  • Current Police Check
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
