The Role
A position is now available as a Prosecutions Liaison Officer to support our Back-Office department to achieve departmental and client goals for the Local Government Team with respect to court and prosecution management of infringement matters on behalf of Orikan and its clients.
The Essentials
**To be considered for this role you will need to possess**:
- Ability to investigate customer requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- PC skills with experience with the MS Office suite of products
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a group
- Well-developed negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Understanding of information privacy principles
- Effective time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
The Desirables
- Knowledge of relevant Local Government legislation, guidelines and performance standards
- Previous client and vendor management experience
