2 - Program Administration

  • Prepare proposals and program matrixes using existing templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Field new program enquiries by gathering initial information and scheduling calls/meetings for the Business Manager or CEO.
  • Support the Business Manager with day-to-day client-related administration to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Track timelines, follow-ups and deadlines to ensure commitments are met.

3 - CRM & Systems

  • Help develop, maintain and optimise CRM processes that strengthen client relationships.
  • Ensure client data is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Track and analyse engagement and feedback via the CRM, providing insights to inform decisions.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in data collection, reporting and analysis.

Skills & Attributes

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Customer-focused: personable, professional and able to build rapport easily.
  • Sales-aware: confident with a light-touch approach that supports growth and retention.
  • Trustworthy & reliable: able to work independently while following agreed directions.
  • Organised & systems-oriented: comfortable following processes within established frameworks.
