The Role

This year at Ozdare, our focus is firmly on colour, with a strategic push behind our professional permanent and liquid colour ranges.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to lead growth for our exclusive ELEVEN Australia brand across Melbourne's North Eastern suburbs. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our footprint and building strong customer relationships, with a key emphasis on driving colour sales.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and growing existing business
  • Driving sales of our professional colour ranges, alongside styling and retail products
  • Prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing deals
  • Educating and training clients to maximise their success with our products
  • Maintaining a structured monthly call cycle to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
  • Achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, while ensuring compliance with trading terms and addressing outstanding payments
  • Regional and interstate travel as required

About You

  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new business
  • A passion for haircare, beauty, or professional sales is advantageous
  • Permanent residency and full working rights in Australia (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
  • Preferably experience within haircare; alternatively, experience in a similar industry
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills

Location & Work Rights

This role is based Melbourne, Victoria. Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and able to travel regionally and interstate as required.
