Tranzworks Pty Ltd is a leading provider of same-day transport services catering to "Blue Chip" clients across Melbourne. Specializing in permanent and semi-permanent transport solutions, we tailor our services to meet each client's unique requirements. Recently, we relocated to a state-of-the-art Head Office and Distribution facility in Dandenong South, enabling us to deliver a comprehensive range of transport and 3PL services. Our mission is to support clients in meeting their daily operational needs with safety, efficiency and reliability.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Consultant based in North/ West Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Business Consultant will collaborate with new and existing clients to deliver tailored business solutions through analysis, strategic planning, and management consulting. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating business processes, improving operational efficiency, addressing financial challenges, and delivering actionable recommendations. The role requires excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide strategic recommendations and solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team collaboration
  • Knowledge in Finance to assess and improve financial performance
  • Proven ability to work independently and adapt to both remote and in-person settings
  • Experience in the logistics or transport
