The Role

As Business Development Consultant, you will grow and manage the South/East and Regional North territory, opening new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and driving the incredible momentum behind the K18 brand.

Key Responsibilities


• Prospect, open and onboard new salons


• Build strong relationships with existing clients


• Deliver inspiring product education & training


• Meet and exceed monthly sales budgets


• Maintain structured call cycles


• Represent K18 at industry events & trade shows


• Support salons with merchandising and promotional activity


• Create content from salon visits and promote K18 and your salons while growing your social media following.


• Collaborate closely with Ozdare's KEVIN.MURPHY & ELEVEN Australia teams

About You


• Experience in sales within hairdressing or professional beauty


• Strong new business development skills


• Confident educator and or presenter


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Self-motivated, organised, and resilient


• Valid driver's licence + willingness to travel regionally

Location & Work Rights

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC. Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and able to travel regionally and interstate as required.
