Full Job Description
Our client is a multi award winning digital transformation consulting and technology company. They specialise in helping their clients design and implement their digital transformation journey via the provision of people, technology & process.
They work across a number of key verticals with the mainstay of their customer reference sites in the tier 1 and tier 2 Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sectors. As experts in all things Digital, CX, DevOps, Cloud, Data & AI, they help their clients improve their own organisations as well as improving their end customer's experience.
As a result of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Development manager to join the team in Melbourne in order to help them continue their growth in the BFSI sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Further develop existing relationships and bring on new clients and contacts in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Superannuation verticals
- Drive new business activity across your territory
- Strategic account and territory development plans
- Lead and manage regional resources, working with some of the best mobile developers and digital transformation consultants in the APAC region
- Develop offshore strategy for delivery of key CX and BPO solutions, working with key business partners
Key experience required:
- 5+ years' experience of selling consulting / professional services focused on digital transformation projects
- Desired experience selling Generative AI, CX, UX, App Dev, Lowcode, Cloud, BPO etc
- New business hunter - can develop new within existing and net new logos
- Contacts within a wide range of Banking, Finance, Insurance and Superannuation customers is mandatory
- Outgoing, driven, highly consultative in your approach
