Are you an experienced and caring medical receptionist looking for a welcoming team and a long-term role in a respected specialist clinic?

We're seeking a Medical Receptionist (part-time or full-time) to join our friendly and professional team.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone and email enquiries, appointments, and reminders
  • Process accounts, payments, and Medicare/DVA/private claims
  • Coordinate referrals, correspondence, and patient documentation
  • Support dermatologists and nursing staff with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organised, calm, and patient-focused reception area

About You
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a medical reception or administration role
  • Experience with Genie software highly regarded
  • Confident using technology and adaptable to new systems
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused communication style
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Reliable, well-presented, and calm under pressure
  • A genuine team player with a proactive, caring attitude
