To support our fast growth nationally, we are looking for our next - Business Development Manager in NSW.
The Business Development Manager at Restock, will ensure that the business targeted is a good fit for Restock and is sustainable, ongoing business. This role contributes to actively engaging new business and achieve the desired monthly and yearly Sales performance targets set by the Sales Manager, which include both revenue and gross profit goals. The ideal person would be a confident, mature individual with career progression asperations, who will have the potential and ability to lead the Sydney branch, in the near future.

Key Role & Responsibilities :
• Qualifying, researching and gaining appointments with new prospects with the view to identifying new business opportunities.
• Gaining an accurate picture of the products being currently purchased and ensuring our proposal provides a like for like solution that will meet the application and needs of the prospect and win a high rate of conversions.
• Ensuring all customer information and contact-based events are recorded in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Maintaining the required level of engagement to develop strong customer relationships to retain and grow revenue;
• Meeting Monthly revenue and Gross Profit targets to ultimately achieve the new business budget for the financial period.
• Attending and proactively engaging in all required team meetings and events;
• Executing marketing campaigns to introduce products and special sales items to build the customers / prospects product range and spend.
Experience & Skills
• At least 3 years' experience in a Business Development Manager role with experience and familiar with consumables sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously whilst working closely with the team to achieve individual and company goals.
• Highly developed prospecting and business planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and CRM platforms.
