La Fiamma pizzeria ristorante' is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Chef , you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes to delight our customers in our vibrant restaurant located 50 meters from the beach of Ettalong.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your culinary skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and cook dishes , included pastas , pizza , dessert, entree to our high standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
  • Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including prepping ingredients, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide efficient and timely service to our customers
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the development of new menu items
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef , able to cook Italian dishes.
  • Stock & Food Ordering: Looking after all the orders and its organisation
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for food, a commitment to customer service, and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
