We are seeking a Junior Commi Chef at our Bondi location to support the Head Chef and help lead the talented kitchen team. This role has a unique offering of working a very flexible roster of days and evenings, a rarity in hospitality

  • Dynamite at food preparation

  • Knowledgeable & passionate about food

  • Trade qualified in cookery

  • Able and willing to work in all areas of the kitchen

  • A team player that is able to work in a busy environment.

Most importantly we are seeking an individual who loves what they do and is as passionate about bills as we are.
