About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and organised Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our team at BruderX. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, including managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Coordinating the scheduling of sales meetings and client appointments
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails, and responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing general office support, such as filing, photocopying, and inventory management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or administration role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
