**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an enthusiastic person to fill our role as a **Website Content and Customer Service Administrator to** join our company in Richlands (22 km South West of the Brisbane CBD). This is a hybrid role, combining Website Content Administration and Customer Service, the split would be roughly 50/50 between the 2, and would vary throughout the year (the first half of the year is busier with setting products up in our system, the second half, we’re busier selling them).

**Main Duties**:
**Customer Service**
- Customer Liaison - help to troubleshoot any issues with orders or deliveries
- Processing orders and invoicing
- Processing credits and spare part requests
- Internal sales (contacting customers with special offers, customers who haven’t purchased for a period of time etc.)

**Website Content**
- Maintaining product cards (descriptions, photos, categories, other product data)
- Google assets (google ads, google analytics, search console)
- Image maintenance (updating photos as new ones come available, to reflect product changes etc.)
- Website analytics and reporting
- SEO
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media (meta (FB and Insta), youtube, pinterest). Creating posts, advertisements, and Influencer/Collaborator management
- Amazon Management

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Relevant experience to demonstrate that you are capable of performing the above tasks (training will be provided, so we aren’t expecting experience in each area listed, but we need to see that you are adaptable enough to have the potential to trained)
- A positive can-do attitude along with a flexible and quick
- thinking personality with the genuine desire to help customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills. We use Neto, MYOB, Lightroom, and the Microsoft office programs. Experience in Neto, MYOB and lightroom is not required, however the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience with other software.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
