About the role:

This role supports our sales team with duties that include:

  • Processing customer orders via Redox's in-house system
  • Provide phone/email support for customer service enquiries
  • Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner
  • Other administrative tasks such as Reception relief

About you:

You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.
