The Venue

Slip Inn is lively, loud and proud of it. This El Loco brand is offered as Slip Inn in Sydney CBD. This cantina combines food, fun and friends for the ultimate Mexican fiesta. The El Loco menu includes a range of mouth-watering dishes, including Mexican-style beef brisket burger, quesabirria, El Frederiko hot dog, as well as dishing up the fan favourite tacos. The venue is popular with after work drinks and grabbing a bite to eat, with happy hour running Monday-Friday and Taco Tuesday.

The Role

We are looking for a casual Chef De Partie to join our team. You'd be a great fit, if you can bring the following skill set to Merivale:

  • 2-3 years experience in a hot section (Grills/Planchas/Fryer) and atleast a year as a Chef de Partie.
  • Available to work some late-night shifts per week.
  • Preferrably have some working experience in Mexican cuisine.
  • Passion for good food and keeping consistency.
  • Professional and with good communication and management skills.
