Receptionist/Accounts Assistant
Sanwell Pty Ltd and its associated Group of Companies are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist/Accounts Assistant who will be a reliable, dedicated team member interested in a long-term position who wants to grow with our Company. We are a large scale Commercial Plumbing business situated in a modern new Architectural Award-winning Office in Welshpool fitted with modern equipment and has plenty of parking.
The responsibilities include assisting our Accounts Department and CFO: -
- Answering and directing incoming calls, as well as meeting and greeting clients who visit the office
 - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining office supplies
 - Weekly Payroll
 - Entering Creditor invoices
 - Debtor invoicing
 - Filing
 - Word Docs and Excel Spreadsheets
 - Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
 - Provide administrative support to the team and assist with general office duties when needed.
 - Handle mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing.
 - Ordering of Office & kitchen supplies
 
The ideal Candidate will have: -
- Own a car to travel to work
 - Seeking long-term stability and opportunity
 - Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office)
 - Some experience in organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
 - Some communication and telephone manner
 - Able to work alone and as a team player
 - Be enthusiastic, conscientious and diligent with an excellent work ethic
 - The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail across various tasks
