Accounts Admin and Marketing Assistant
West Coast Turntables is a Perth based family run business manufacturing and installing vehicle turntables in commercial premises, high-end homes and events.
The Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing efficient administrative and marketing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and to implement the marketing strategy. The role involves managing company accounts, overseeing email inbox, social media channels and assisting with leads and CRM software management. From time to time, there will be the chance to represent the company at events and expos.
Core activities that the successful applicant would be required to perform are; -
- Manage the general inbox, monitoring and responding to enquiries or directing emails as appropriate
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage correspondence, phone enquiries, and front office communications as needed
- Assist with the management of Hubspot CRM and follow up leads
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents
- Provide project support to management
- Attend client sites, meetings and events from time to time (reliable transport and current driver's licence required)

- Interpersonal skills and the ability to relate directly to client management and tradespersons
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications, certificates or previous experience that would be looked upon favourably are;
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in a similar administration and accounts role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using Xero accounting software
- Experience using Hubspot CRM software
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles including data entry, invoice processing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Management of social media accounts, knowledge of basic marketing principles, and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) for content creation
This casual or part time position offers 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options, making it ideal for students or those with other commitments.

Salary range is 30 to 40 per hour depending on applicants experience and skill level.
