An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking variety, new challenges, and the chance to build strong relationships that drive company success.

About the Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a close-knit team, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payments
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoices and expense claims
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end processes and accounts payable reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

About You: You are an experienced Accounts Payable Officer with strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proven ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently. You thrive in a busy environment, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a busy finance function
