The role

  • Champion international growth by identifying new market opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients worldwide.
  • Lead the full business development cycle: outreach, deal negotiation, onboarding, and long-term client success.
  • Shape and execute digital marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen global positioning.
  • Provide entrepreneurial leadership, mentoring and inspiring team members, fostering innovation, and scaling business operations.

The expertise you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or growth-focused leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with a track record of empowering others to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and leveraging modern platforms including AI to scale businesses globally.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultural and geographic markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs, digital tools, and data-driven strategies to accelerate growth.
