As a Sales Associate, you will be working side-by-side with Director and Lead Sales Agent, Mitchell Smith to learn the ins and outs of real estate sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.

As a Sales Associate, tasks you will be involved with include (but are not limited to):

  • Building relationships with buyers and sellers, while providing an exceptional level of service to clients
  • Prospecting and uncovering opportunities for sales leads
  • Open home support;
  • Database management;
  • Attending listing appraisals, photo shoots and inspections.
  • Communicating with prospective buyers and sellers

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • The drive to meet KPI's
  • Confidence and great phone manner
  • Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate
  • Current driver's license with suitable vehicle is essential;
  • Previous experience in real estate in a fast paced sales environment (desirable);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to work Monday - Saturday (no Sunday work required) and;
  • An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career.
