This is a job posting for a Property Consultant position at Square Yards Real Estate. The company is offering a contract with various benefits, including:

- Working with clients and builders
- Facilitating the entire sale process
- Prospecting and growing your own client base
- Representing Square Yards with integrity
- Administering contracts and settlements

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven sales experience in real estate
- Industry-standard certificates or license
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen
