Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Rochedale South, QLD. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting clients with property inquiries, preparing promotional materials, coordinating open houses, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience and customer service skills
  • Marketing and promotional skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in QLD is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
