Quest Events is a fast-growing provider of senior‑level business conferences, exhibitions, and training seminars across Australia and beyond. We specialise in producing top-tier content and networking for government and industry leaders, with upcoming events in AI governance, ESG procurement, mining, engineering and more
The Role
As our Sales Representative (Business Services), you'll be part of Quest's tight-knit, energetic team responsible for filling senior‑level events with delegates. With a rich calendar of high‑profile upcoming events addressing topics such as Ai, energy transition, procurement, mining etc. there will be plenty of opportunities to engage decision-makers and deliver tangible business and career impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with senior executives and industry leaders to promote attendance at Quest's B2B conferences
- Manage and grow a strong pipeline from warm leads and event briefings
- Exceed monthly KPIs via proactive outreach, pipeline management using our sales tools and CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure events meet delegate targets
What We're Looking For
- You are results‑oriented and thrive in a sales‑driven environment
- You bring exceptional phone manner and professional confidence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with self‑drive and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commercial mindset
- A desire to earn on a performance basis (uncapped OTE via event targets)
- Previous experience in delegate sales or event‑related business development is beneficial, but not essential
