**About the role**

We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to support the Global Synthetics WA team by delivering WOW service and increased sales.

Our dynamic, fast-paced and friendly environment will suit an energetic self-starter with a can-do attitude and who enjoys multi-tasking and is not afraid of change.

You will be provided ongoing training, mentoring and work in a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering all Global Synthetics incoming calls
- Outbound quote follow-up
- Quote creation & order entry
- Portal Management
- Extensive knowledge of key products preferable
- Generate quality leads for the BDMs
- Assisting with general administration

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years Customer Service/Sales Experience - inbound & outbound calls
- Familiarity with stock order entry software or systems will be advantageous
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and time management
- Proactive can-do attitude
- Clear and effective communication with customers and internal staff is crucial for successful customer satisfaction
