**Position Overview**

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. Responsible for driving business revenue in our Aligner Sales department, you will be selling our clear aligner treatment plans direct to our customers through virtual smile demonstrations. A day in the life includes managing inbound leads, nurturing existing customers and strategically selling our add on products.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Conduct smile demos to a range of customers to educate on product, pricing, and payment options.

Manage and nurture your own customer accounts from a consistent pipeline of pre-qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity in CRM system.

Build relationships with customers and qualify their potential to convert.

Meet & exceed sales targets for aligner plans and sales of other products in accordance with business objectives.

Develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive revenue.

Assist with new hire training and support as needed.

Liaise with other business departments to close deals.

**About you**

1-2 years of sales experience

Health care/dental experience is a plus, but not required.

Business Degree or relevant study highly regarded.

Experience and/or knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is desirable.

Comfortable with technology and ability to conduct virtual consultations.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

$60,000 base + commission
