As the Housing Services Manager, Victoria you will have the operational oversight of the Victorian Build-to-Rent (BTR) social housing portfolio as part of the Ground Lease Model (GLM) to ensure quality service provision to tenants, customers and partner agencies.

Reporting to the General Manager - BTR, you will be responsible for service delivery, partnership management and maintaining successful networks across CHL services in the state with respect to relevant contracts, legislation, organisational procedures and best practice.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within the community or public housing sector in a management or executive advisory role with the ability to lead, motivate, mentor and manage people, with a thorough understanding and commitment to best practice, policy and legislation of the housing sector.

In addition, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in housing, social services or community development, with an understanding of high-quality place management practices, along with proficient communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be an inspirational, values driven leader with a passion for social justice and for supporting people and communities to reach their full potential, with the commitment to work collaboratively, whilst empowering your team to deliver operational excellence within best practice principles.
