The Tenant Empowerment Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the tenant journey

from first enquiry through to successful transition into their new SDA home. This role

focuses on building meaningful relationships with tenants, their families, and support

networks to deliver positive housing outcomes, while ensuring properties achieve and

maintain full occupancy.
