About the Role:

This dynamic role involves overseeing daily office operations, supporting the Director, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and front reception, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with general bookkeeping and trust accounting, with a preference for Xero experience.
  • Coordinate HR responsibilities, including staff onboarding, internal training, staff engagement initiatives, and organizing special events.
  • Manage the office's marketing efforts across print, online, and social platforms, ensuring consistent brand positioning throughout the agency.
  • Support sales administration, including contract preparation, exchanges, and settlements.
  • Maintain regular department reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, handling various ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and systems, providing basic IT support to the team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a real estate office management role is highly valued but not essential.
  • Agent's Representative Certificate (mandatory) and the ability to provide a Police Check.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Canva, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for contributing to culture and team success.
