Role Description

This is a full-time, office-site role for a Civil Infrastructure Contracts Administrator, based in Thornbury, VIC. The role includes:

  • Maintain project documentation and manage contracts
  • Manage project procurement by coordinating site requirements, plant and equipment, workers, and inductions, HSEQ onboarding
  • Respond to on-site requests from site teams, offering real-time solutions.
  • Provide administrative support by liaising with project teams, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Oversee training requirements for on-site staff to ensure high standards of performance
  • Conduct site audits, asset tracking and management and assist supervisors to maintain safe work environments
  • Liaise with clients, authorities and internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth delivery
  • Assist in implementing company systems and process improvements
  • ensuring compliance with legal and project requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate project requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes and vendor management
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines
  • Prior experience in civil infrastructure or construction industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
