Sands Fridge Lines is seeking a Business & Customer Service Representative to join our team. Based out of Bunbury reporting to the Major Accounts Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of valued regional customers around the state while actively pursuing new business to help grow our footprint across WA.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow existing customer relationships

· Win new business and meet sales KPIs

· Negotiate with key decision-makers

· Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person

· Communicate customer needs and feedback to internal teams

· Identify and develop new business opportunities

· Resolve customer issues and ensure retention

· Collaborate with internal teams and perform ad-hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For

· Outgoing, sales-focused, and approachable personality

· Energetic self-starter with strong relationship-building skills

· Experience in customer service , sales and  or account management (FMCG /  freight highly advantageous)

· Excellent time management and communication skills

· Ability to travel across WA (travel/accommodation provided)

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· Positive, adaptable, Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently and in a team
