About the Role

We're seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Sydney. This full-time role is all about growing our footprint across NSW's independent food and wine scene. You'll be the face of Arquilla Bonfood predominately in the Western Suburbs — building customer relationships, driving sales, and helping more people discover the true taste of Italy.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale, hospitality, and retail clients
  • Identify and onboard new customers — from restaurants to delis to boutique bottle shops
  • Represent a curated portfolio of premium Italian food and wine brands
  • Ensure a strong in-store presence, product visibility, and effective merchandising
  • Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

About You

  • You're a confident communicator with a passion for Italian food and wine
  • You're self-motivated, well-organised, and commercially minded
  • You've got sales experience (ideally in FMCG and specialty foods)
  • You have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history
  • You build strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • You're hands-on, adaptable, and love working in a dynamic industry
