Business Development Manager (Player-Coach & Future Sales Leader)

Location:
North Sydney (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

OTE:
$230k - $250k ($130k - $150k base)

Our client is a leading provider of Managed IT Services to the Education industry.

They're seeking a '
challenger' Business Development Manager (BDM)
to help build a repeatable sales engine and step into a future sales leadership role.

This
player-coach
role will split focus:

  • 60%: Net-new Managed Services acquisition (e.g. annuity based service subscriptions)
  • 40%: Coaching and supporting 2x Account Managers
